Improved Part is identical or similar to the original part, but improved in design, material or functionality.
This is a modern replacement for the no longer available factory part, which was unique to the DeLorean car. The original supplier advised us that the tooling was long gone, and they didn't even make switches in that same manner any longer. We located a suitable switch that could be made to work with the existing wiring and offer it to you.
