When this Compressor Pulley Bearing seizes on you, you'll usually hear a loud "thwap" as the air conditioning compressor belt breaks or is thrown off the pulley. If you're unlucky, the flying belt will put a nice "outie" dent in the extruded metal engine cover screen (not coincidentally the one that is no longer available). Regardless, you need to replace these bearings on your DeLorean. If you aren't sure if yours are bad, contact us and we can tell you how to test.
