Lots of places use our DeLorean part numbers as identifiers for their "cross-reference" or "copycat" parts, creating confusion in the marketplace. This 
New Original Stock, or NOS, part traces its origins back to 1982, when the DeLorean factory closed. In some cases, the part has traveled from the original supplier in the US to Dunmurry before making it's way to Ohio and finally Texas!
The center of each DeLorean road wheel has a receptacle to accept one of these wheel caps - they are the same for all four wheels. If your car has silver wheels (typically cars after VIN 1880), these Late Black Wheel Caps with the silver DMC logo are correct for your car. If your car has the dark gray wheels with the monotone, matching color caps, these will fit, but if you want them to match, you will have to paint them yourself as the originals are no longer available in that color.
