Most often installed when people finally get fed up with the early style, all black exterior door locks, these are reproductions of the later-style factory locks fitted on DeLoreans starting around VIN 4200. These are sold a couple of different ways - this particular part number will get you:

(2) keys, part # 109100, cut to match your ignition key (or keycode)
(2) lock clips
(1) door lock installation tool
Installation instructions
If upgrading from the earlier locks, we strongly encourage that you use the included "door lock jig", which ensures proper installation.
