Fiberglass backing for long life and no mildew smell from old headliner pieces. Covered in new material and ready to install. DARK GRAY is typically for cars that originally came with black seats, black dash, console and dark gray carpet. If you have an 82 or 83 model with black seats, dash and console BUT with light grey carpets, you will want the LIGHT GRAY headliners.
