The day will come when a DeLorean with an original radio will have more value, so we encourage you NOT to cut yours up, and instead get one of the reproductions, made to accept a single DIN head unit. No core required - you can keep your original!
Powdercoated - NOT just painted - and made using the factory drawings as a basis for this updated part.
